90 glorious years of FMCK Congregation

Lourdes Convent recently celebrated a landmark milestone, marking 90 years of dedicated spiritual service, education, and community outreach under the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Catechism (FMCK). The solemn occasion brought together the religious community, clergy, sisters, and students to commemorate nine decades of faith, devotion, and service.

Present for the celebration were our Superior General Sr. Fatima Rodrigues, our Provincial Superior Sr. Lily Joseph and almost 50 FMCK Sisters from various communities. The prayer dance and a skit depicting the life of Mother Bridget added colours and meaning to the celebration making it more memorable and inspiring.
